James Dyson Award

The James Dyson Award celebrates the next generation of design engineers.

I shot this piece featuring Ryan Tilley, James Dyson Award national winner for Australia and a top 20 international finalist for his invention Gecko Traxx.

Ryan is a young designer and engineer passionate about developing assistive technology products to increase mobility and access into the outdoors and nature. Gecko Traxx is a portable accessory for wheelchair users to access the beach and other off-road terrains.
